Burj Alfardan wins ‘Best International High Rise Business Development’ award
Burj Alfardan, located in the most coveted Marina district of the smart city of Lusail, received the title of “ Best International High Rise Commercial Development ” at the International Property Awards 2020 for its outstanding architectural design, development and aspects of sustainability.
The building’s state-of-the-art design is attributed to the pioneering Qatari architectural firm, Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB), which has received several international awards for its outstanding designs.

The title pays homage to Burj Alfardan’s visionary design, which features a cantilever podium intended to be a luxury showroom, which transforms into a symmetrical, sharp-edged 32-story high-rise building wrapped around in a glazed facade.
